I can also verify that the patch works on my HP Envy x360 15-bq100
Convertible!
I applied the latest patch, it works but it makes my touchscreen show up
as having a battery that's at 0%. The previous patch had the same
behaviour on my system.

I've been using the 4.18.0-12-lowlatency kernel from cosmic and not had
any freeze-ups in the last 48 hours. I'll continue monitoring and report

I can see the Mellanox devices with that 4.17.0-1001-azure kernel.
I installed the new kernel:
sudo dpkg -i linux-
modules-4.17.0-1001-azure_4.17.0-1001.2~lp1794477_amd64.deb linux-
modules-extra-4.17.0-1001-azure_4.17.0-1001.2~lp1794477_amd64.deb linux-
This bug is missing log files that will aid in diagnosing the problem.
