I'd like to echo Steven Mackenzie's report.
The workaround of explicitly configuring GFXMODE does mean that I can
hit a key through the "Hit any key to continue" prompt, but the boot
still fails. Without the workaround, grub is unresponsive at the "Hit
any key.." prompt.

This script also works for me. Like Michael I added a larger sleep
duration and execute it as startup app. Will put this script on every of

When I connect an external SSD (Samsung 850 EVO 500 Go in a UGREEN USB
3.1 case) on my Raspberry Pi 4 (4Go) the Wifi stop working. It is easy

I'm not sure if it's important or not, but even if touch screen stops
working you can close the lid, wait for the laptop to sleep and then
click power button to wake it up. Then when you open the lid the touch
screen works.
