Is it possible to backport the patch to the Ubuntu 21.10 kernel (Linux

Hello,
I have a problem with the wifi connection on Linux Mint 20.2 Cinnamon with
Kernel 5.11.0-40.
Kernel 5.11.0-38 works fine. The same problem exists also with Kernel 5.13.0-21.
My WIFI network adapter is then following:
