I noticed a regression on this issue with Intel NUC 10 i7 and kernel Linux nuc10 5.15.0-47-generic #51-Ubuntu. modprobe -r tps6598x fixes it but after reboot load goes to 1.00 even when the system is otherwise idle. There is nothing physically connected to the machine, only power and wifi. --
