On todays updates, zfs-dkms 2.1.5-1ubuntu6~22.04.2 failed to build
kernel module.
Genrated Crash report, but couldn't send it on it's own.
Error it kept throwing was:

Indeed. I also own AMD 880G chipset machine with AMD Sempron 145 CPU. It
works well even if using the issued version of kernel.
I have exactly same laptop (Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 10) and
exactly same Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS.
Tried to follow instructions in prev comment, but NOT suceeded.
gstreamer cmd from official wiki page yields following errors:
$ gst-launch-1.0 v4l2src ! glimagesink
Setting pipeline to PAUSED ...
Just a note to say that it still occurs with version 5.15.0-89 of the
kernel

Since kernel 6.2.0 has been rolled out to Ubuntu 22.04, it also affects
me on KDE Neon 5.27 (which is mostly just Ubuntu 22.04 + fresh KDE).

I had this issue a lot on Kernel 6.2.0-36, reverted to 6.2.0-35, now
upgraded to 6.2.0-37 and the popping is back. This is on Linux Mint 21.2
