This is about the device
05:00.0 Serial Attached SCSI controller: Intel Corporation C602 chipset 4-Port
SATA Storage Control Unit (rev 06).
Steps to reproduce are:
* Connect a SATA device (tested with hdd and dvd drive) to PHY 1 port.
* Apply power and start ubuntu.

The bug seems to be fixed in the upstream kernel. Tested with
3.11.1-031101-generic (http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-
ppa/mainline/v3.11.1-saucy).
