Lenovo G500 Intel i3 Laptop keyboard and touchpad not working after installing
Ubuntu 20.04
It works fine in the Live USB but after installing the OS, the keyboard and
touchpad stops working.
The laptop has Synaptic Touchpad I believe.

I was facing the same problem. My toggle was not at all working, neither
from the top bar dropdown menu nor from the settings window. Switching
on the toggle did not have any effect. I had also reported this bug.
Someone in the comments had suggested a workaround to type this command
in the
-25.26-generic 5.8.14

I have a dual booted laptop with windows and ubuntu 18.04lts dual booted. The
bluetooth device works very well in windows 10 but when i try to enable it in
ubuntu it shows in settings menu that there is no bluetooth device connected to
the laptop. "lspci" command reports

Thanks for the guide, esinahkatakka! I'm taking a stab in the dark here,
but could it maybe be that Ubuntu turns the keyboard/mouse off when you
shutdown and OS X doesn't?
