I would like to contribute to this Launchpad thread (First contribution!) !
For my part, i have installed Ubuntu 14.04 LTS Server IN A VIRTUAL MACHINE (under 2012 R2 with "VM Generation 1") uname -a : Linux amfg-web3 3.13.0-34-generic #60-Ubuntu SMP Wed Aug 13 15:45:27 UTC 2014 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux After sudo reboot the system going to reboot, but after "Stopping system V runlevel compatibility [OK]" line, its halt and NOTHING HAPPEND.. just stay here for hours. But when i HIT CTRL + ALT + DEL --> Everything reboot properly! Tell me how to contribute to solve the problem. Thx you ! For the record : this is a fresh, clear install, it has only apache, ssh, mysql, php. @For "Christopher M. Penalver (penalvch)" : i will send you the "apport .linux-image-3.13.0-34-generic.pek_2ysj.apport" File to your email. Thx you very much for everything.
