Public bug reported: Had to reboot back into previous known working kernel 4.13.0-21.24. As a note, booting into 4.13.0-25.29 resulted in a broken keyboard/touchpad and wifi not working. Rebooting into the even newer 4.13.0-30.33 then results in a complete failure to boot. Logs attached here
