Since upgrading to 14.10 bluetooth works when I do $rfkill unblock all,
so I added that to be performed at launch.

I just did a fresh install of 14.04.1 and upon loading it up realized
the mouse pointer was going too fast for me. So I went to turn it down
but the slider on the settings bar is already all the way to the left
and I can't turn it down anymore.
