After updating the kernel to:
5.19.0-45-generic #46~22.04.1
The problem NMI-lock has (so far) not showed: No alarm in ILO, blue
light instead of Red flashing light on the server.
I submitted the updated from the cli of apport on the server. I am not
sure why these updates have been submitted
