Public bug reported: We have performance problems with TCP over IPv6 with SSH/SCP and HTTP traffic on Linux guest virtual machines running on VMware ESXi (6.0u2). We are running Ubuntu 12.04.5 LTS, 14.04.3 LTS and soon 16.04.1 LTS. If we upload (large) files with these protocols the performance
