I got this bug too after upgrading to 19.04 release with nvidia driver 418. I see the corruption in lock screen and desktop background. Additionally, if VS Code is open, terminal window in the vs code becomes blank. This used to happen in 18.10 as well. Not sure if it's related but just as additio
