hotplug driver by building & installing the latest tagged kernel from
zesty git (tag 4.10.0-21.23, git://kernel.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ubuntu-
zesty.git)

So, changing the tag to verification-done-zesty..

  A debugger was configured, however the system did not enter into the debugger

   On ubuntu (zesty), the NVMe adapter hotplug functionality is broken. After 
check, there are 3 more patches needed.
