The Linux Kernel 4.15 from bionic on x86_64 immediately crashes when
booted as a dom0 under Xen.
A similar bug was reported by someone else for archlinux
(https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/57500).
A patch exists for 4.16. I tried this patch on 4.15.0-10-generic, it
fixes the
