An update to this bug. In the meantime a newer kernel version 6.2.0-33-generic is available, so i've installed it via "apt update / apt upgrade". Unfortunately it shows the same behaviour as the 6.2.0.32 version. So it's not possible to boot this notebook with the newer kernel versions.
