My network hardware is the same as dek shap and problem is resolved after
upgrading to upstream kernel 3.13-rc3.
I won't report new bug as it's not issue for me anymore; just informing that
with newest kernel it problem doesn't occurs

after few days I can say that above not working correctly.

3. sudo chmod +x /usr/lib/pm-utils/sleep.d/01alxdriver
4. sudo vim / nano or your favourite text editor and paste:

That's true.
Bug appears only with kernel 3.11.
about script in /etc/pm/sleep.d
I tried to do that, but I can't achieve my script to be executed...

Hello,
Unfortunately mainline kernel does not fix this bug.
It looks like any shortcut with combined keys doesn't work.
That are keyboard shortcuts working:
- CTRL+ATL+F1/F2/F3/F4/F5/F6/F7/F8/F9/F10/F11/F12
- ALT + ` to switch between windows of the same application,
- ATL + TAB,
- left CTRL +
I've tried shortcuts in Unity with new kernel and shortcuts in Unity
environment are working well.
So I am changing problem to gnome-shell related
