I have the same problem on HP EliteBook 845 G8 Notebook PC with AMD Ryzen 5 5600U with Radeon Graphics.
Updated to 5.19.0-32 yesterday, since than the notebook won't wake up after opening the lid. Rebooted back to 5.15.0-58 and suspend/wake works again. Looked in the kern.log at the time of failed wake up, found this: Feb 24 19:32:58 petr-baloun kernel: [ 7152.582928] hid-generic 0003:0557:2213.0016: input,hidraw4: USB HID v1.10 Mouse [ATEN HDMI KVM V1.3.122] on usb-0000:04:00.4-1.1.1/input3 Feb 24 19:33:01 petr-baloun kernel: [ 7155.579659] wlp1s0: authenticate with 24:4b:fe:dd:07:24 Feb 24 19:33:02 petr-baloun kernel: [ 7155.909843] wlp1s0: send auth to 24:4b:fe:dd:07:24 (try 1/3) Feb 24 19:33:02 petr-baloun kernel: [ 7155.913157] wlp1s0: authenticated Feb 24 19:33:02 petr-baloun kernel: [ 7155.913465] wlp1s0: associate with 24:4b:fe:dd:07:24 (try 1/3) Feb 24 19:33:02 petr-baloun kernel: [ 7155.925750] wlp1s0: RX AssocResp from 24:4b:fe:dd:07:24 (capab=0x511 status=0 aid=1) Feb 24 19:33:02 petr-baloun kernel: [ 7155.926138] wlp1s0: associated Feb 24 19:33:02 petr-baloun kernel: [ 7155.981580] wlp1s0: Limiting TX power to 24 (27 - 3) dBm as advertised by 24:4b:fe:dd:07:24 Feb 24 19:33:02 petr-baloun kernel: [ 7156.029735] IPv6: ADDRCONF(NETDEV_CHANGE): wlp1s0: link becomes ready Feb 24 19:33:37 petr-baloun kernel: [ 7191.177127] usb 5-1: USB disconnect, device number 2 Feb 24 19:33:37 petr-baloun kernel: [ 7191.177139] usb 5-1.1: USB disconnect, device number 25 Feb 24 19:33:37 petr-baloun kernel: [ 7191.177143] usb 5-1.1.1: USB disconnect, device number 26 Feb 24 19:33:37 petr-baloun kernel: [ 7191.212560] usb 6-1: USB disconnect, device number 2 Feb 24 19:33:37 petr-baloun kernel: [ 7191.212564] usb 6-1.3: USB disconnect, device number 3 Feb 24 19:33:38 petr-baloun kernel: [ 7191.661026] usb 5-1.2: USB disconnect, device number 4 Feb 24 19:33:38 petr-baloun kernel: [ 7191.661036] usb 5-1.2.1: USB disconnect, device number 6 Feb 24 19:33:38 petr-baloun kernel: [ 7191.661236] usb 5-1.2.2: USB disconnect, device number 7 Feb 24 19:33:51 petr-baloun kernel: [ 7204.751023] Lockdown: systemd-logind: hibernation is restricted;
