Intel PRO/1000 VT Quad Port Server Adapter LP PCI-E EXPI9404VT solved
the crash. That driver for the Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd.
RTL8111/8168/8411 PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet Controller may be
suspect.

After a box is configured as an ipv6 router and
net.ipv6.conf.enp1s0.accept_ra=2 is set the kernel panics when it tries
to forward packets. The crash occurs after a few packets go through.
