The systemd log line "bluetooth.service: Failed at step NAMESPACE spawning /usr/lib/bluetooth/bluetoothd: Too many levels of symbolic links" (which is also present in your "JournalErrors.txt" file) lead me to systemd's "ProtectHome" configuration option, and indeed
