I have the same issue laggy only (no disconnects) with all my bluetooth HID devices, and it is the same on both Ubuntu 17.04 as well fedora core 25. - Keyboard logitech K810 - Mac keyboard - Dell BT mouse The problem did not exist on very old versions of bluez at least with the Mac keyboard.
