Short: Ubuntu 20.04, kernel:
Ubuntu 5.4.0-37.41-generic 5.4.41 wont boot unless acpi=off. Asus K550V laptop,
NVidia 950m
Long: Ubuntu 20.04 wont boot unless acpi=off is specified. Tried with
nolapic, noapic, acpi_osi=Linux, acpi=ht, pci=noacpi, acpi=noirq, pnpacpi=off,
This happens when `mokutil --use-db` setting is applied. With `--ignore-
db` this doesn't happen. I suppose this is only applicable for
situaltions where Secure Boot's db / KEK / PK are modified by the user.

The problem still existed in December 2019 (Ubuntu 19.04). But I can
confirm that Ubuntu 19.10 fixes this issue. Most probably fix will never
be ported to Ubuntu 19.04 kernel.
