so, finally i was able to test the newest upstream-kernel (v3.16-rc1-utopic) with this, everything went worse. i wasn't able to enter the login-screen. all i saw, was just a neverending report of some psmouse serio4 error some usb-port (o.s.) not suspendend yet message. think i'll try now the

Public bug reported: Touchpad is detected as PS/2 Logitech Wheel Mouse. The pointer is moving itself every three seconds a cm to the left side of the screen. Can't make anything with it. No moving of cursor, no clicking. Also tried the newest upstream-kernel rc8 without any positive results.
