I got the new BIOS obtained from this link https://www.asus.com/Laptops/X555BP/HelpDesk_BIOS/. The latest BIOS is Version 326 2019/08/07 and the previous one that had touchpad problem was Version 323 2018/08/08. Also after I faced with the touchpad problem, I also tried Ubuntu 20.04 on USB and

In my opinion, the issue occurred without me changing or doing anything as the system has kept updating its linux components and other updates. The BIOS update I got this time was issued long time ago back in mid 2019. My touchpad problem just popped up early this month. Somehow something must
