Upgrade to kernel 3.13.0.29 seemed to help some, but now after an
automatic update to 3.13.0.30 the problem has resurfaced only worse than
it was in the first place.

Happy to report that this problem has been solved. After weeks of
trying, I tested a new bluetooth mouse and found it worked correctly, as
the previous mouse did until it broke down.

I have just done as requested, and upgraded to kernel version 3.13.0.29
So far no errore. I wil complete this by the end of the weekend after having

This problem is not solved, after almost two months of nothing, one
would expect some answer and indeed a fix.
It is extremely annoying to fight the app to turn itself on, it usually
turns of as soon as the mouseis at rest for a few seconds, then the
fight to make a connection starts all over
It happens practically every time I start the laptop, not only does the
error report show once, I have to click the cancel button a number of
times to make it go away.

Aweek after the original post I have found that the app in the panel
is always turned off when either the computer is turned off or just put
in hibernation. Sometimes by opening that app and going to the actual
mouse on/off button I click that button and the connection is
established. It

I have a Dell laptop with the 1701 Dell Wifi card, also a router which
provides Wifi at 2.4 GHz as well as at 5 GHz.
