It looks like 12.04.2 uses kernel 3.5 line although `linux-tools-common`
depends on kernel 3.2 line. In order to use `perf` tool it is always
required to install the correct version manually which is broken when
kernel updates.
Steps to produce:
1. Use a fresh 12.04.2 instal
