According to intel/freedesktop dot org's submission guidelines, the
Mantic kernel is something that they don't want to hear about, "report
it to your distro instead". Attached is a zip with the /sys dump data
that intel would want, if they wanted it. Lunar had several of these GuC
hangs, I believe this is the first time that Mantic gave me one.

At the time, my laptop was attached to a Steam Deck Dock (on current
stable firmware), connected to an Acer monitor via DP. I had just
fullscreened a promotional video in the Steam client, it animated ~90%
of the way to a fullscreen video window when all the graphics froze.
This crash doesn't seem to be reproducable. Audio was still playing
through the video hang, and I was able to ssh into the laptop to collect
the attached /sys data.
