seems to be something between 4.5-rc7 and 4.5
Been a long time since I compiled a kernel and never used git before.
Could not get the kernel to compile in Yakkety.
After refreshing myself on the use of make-kpkg, compiled 4.5 on my
debian unstable box and installed and booted on my yakkety box w
Installed mainline linux-image-4.8.0-040800rc5-generic, do not see the
issue with that kernel.
