On my second machine, the UUID in /etc/initramfs-tools/conf.d/resume did not correspond to the UUID of my swap partition, so I replaced it by the present one and (after sudo update-initramfs -u) the problem is solved. I don't know why they did not correspond. On my first machine, I remember
