According to the APT log (/var/log/apt/term.log*) the update on 26 April last installed the 4.15.0.47 kernel. This is when the problem started, so if this is exclusively kernel-related the problem is a change between 4.15.0.46 and 4.15.0.47. However, the only two kernel versions currently still
