I reset the previous kernel to be able to post, because it is very difficult to
work like this, this happens randomly, intermittently with each application or
without having anything open. It happened from the last update to kernel 5.3, I
suppose that it is the very new laptop since in another partition I have Kali
and it happens the same. I appreciate your help, I list the characteristics of
this laptop :roll:
