one other point, I believe this is new from when I was on 12.04 + raring
kernel which I just upgraded last weekend to get 14.04/3.13.0-29-generic
stock kernel
$ lsb_release -a
LSB Version:
core-2.0-amd64:core-2.0-noarch:core-3.0-amd64:core-3.0-noarch:core-3.1-amd64:core-3.1-noarch:core-3.2-amd
I see the same error message "Microcode SW error detected. Restarting
0x200."
I see a few of these Microcode bugs floating around, so I'm not sure if
they're dupes.
Here's my lspci which differs slightly from the OP (Advanced-N 6205 vs
Advanced-N 6235)
$ lspci
00:00.0 Host bridge: Intel Cor
Affects me on an Intel Corporation Centrino Wireless-N 2230 Wifi module,
also Ubuntu 14.04 (Trusty Tahr).
