I am using Linux Mint 16 with Cinnamon all Ubuntu repositories. Although
I have changed the mirror to the UTA, University of Texas at Austin
(Texas), it's Ubuntu.

You know, this may be very convenient for the average Joe who uses
Ubuntu, but for me, I'd like the ability to review information before

Background Info, how the problem came about:
I am writing on behalf of a customer/friend who I've wiped Windows 7 in
yet another ugly mess that I come across often (Windows in general), backed up
All of the information submitted was done after doing the work-around.
As I was offline, apport-collect spewed Python errors until I was
connected to a nework and had an internet connection. Then I did the
workaround, had working wireless, and submitted the information with
apport-collect.
