Please, re-open this annoying bug. BIOS update is available only for some regions/submodels of Yoga Lenovo! The bug is recurring after distro upgrades and then gets fixed by some other updates coming after in 2-3 months. It means, the bug indeed could be fixed without BIOS update. Now this bug is
