I can confirm this problem has existed since at least bios version 1.58, and on Ubuntu 13.04, 13.10, and 14.04. Occassionally the computer will go into proper suspension (and remain there until manually awoken), but most often it will suspend and immediately wake back up. I am running a Lenovo
