The input devices are different from two:
Device: event10
Device Name: Laptop_Integrated_Webcam_HD
Phy: usb-:00:14.0-4/button
Device: input14
Device Name: Laptop_Integrated_Webcam_HD
Phy: usb-:00:14.0-4/button
Both of them point to Webcam. This
PCI: :03:00.0, VID: ec:68, Class: 02:00 (Ethernet controller) has
two differences
1. SERR# Enable is set fro 0 to 1
2. CacheLine Size is reduced from 0x10 to 0x08
The same applies to PCI: :04:00.0, VID: e4:59, Class: 02:80 (Network
controller).
I suspect BIOS did not restore them values

there is no function failures, let's set the bug as won't fix.
