Marked as dupe of 1398507 so we can remove makedumpfile from the
syncpackage blacklist and sync directly from debian since there is no
longer an Ubuntu delta.

FYI, I have just uploaded a new debian version : 1.5.7-3. This should
close the delta between Ubuntu and Debian so a merge should not be
required. If so, I will update here, close the bug and do the sync from
debian
