BIOS from 5.16 to 5.22 as you directed via the Windows Vista partition.
All aforementioned Ubuntu Linux kernels, old, new official 15.04 and
upstream now boot properly on the machine [and even the Debian partition
Bryan Cebuliak, just to clarify, if you updated your BIOS and a problem
went away, then the bug was in the BIOS, not the kernel. Despite this,
