Title:
Screen pixelized after resuming from hibernate or suspend

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
After hibernate the PC, the desktop wallpaper become all pixelized,
not just desktop but windows edges too: all around every window I open
there is a pixelized bound. In the windows I open after the resume,
the buttons to close, minimize/maximize, ... are big pixels. This
started after I finished some system updates. Only after reboot
everything returns ok. I have Ubuntu 16.10 on the PC.
