Sorry for the delay.
I want to amend my previous comments:
with kernel 4.12, powertop still report Audio codec using 100% but my
laptop is not slow !
This happens only with kernel 4.10.
Regarding Ubuntu 16.10, I've upgraded my laptop from 16.04 to 16.10 and
then to 17.04 in a row, but I don't
So the issue didn't happen in 16.10 kernel (4.8)?
