To add some closure to this ticket: Lenovo support had to visit me 3 times: - first they replaced the SSD -> same problem - then they replaced the SSD adapter and cable -> same problem - lastly they just replaced the whole motherboard -> fixed the problem for Windows So it seems I definitely had
