I tried 4.15 rc8, same result. Went back one rev from my GRUB to 4.13.0-21 and saw the same result. Looking at the dmesg and syslog output, there were a lot of references to the video system. Grabbed another video card, slightly older and put that in. The fan on the one that came out didn't feel
