Bug description:
  I've upgraded linux kernel from 4.10.0-42.46~16.04.1 to 4.13.0-31.34~16.04.1.
  After rebooting, my linux screen has been broken.

  Restroing kernel 4.10, then works well.
  Also, 4.4.0-112.135 works well.
