I'm trying to send a music file or whatever from my Mobile to my
laptop, but unable to send files...it shows following
** Attachment added: "It shows connection unsuccessful as you can see"
But my laptops Bluetooth visibility and power is on...
** Attachment added: "As you can see...but unable to receive files from all
mobiles or laptops I have tried"
Also, please explain how and where you are trying to "send or receive
files via bluetooth"? A screenshot (via PrtSc) would help.

After installing these test kernals when I reload package manager I have
received some software updates and installed it
But Bluetooth problem is going on..
On Tuesday 24 July 2018
Great. You installed it successfully.
Please tell us if Bluetooth now works?
If not then you can uninstall the test kernel with this command:
sudo dpkg -r linux-headers-4.18.0-041800rc6 linux-
headers-4.18.0-041800rc6-generic linux-image-
unsigned-4.18.0-041800rc6-generic linux-
when I'm installing these kenal in terminal it shows following outputs
welcome@HP:~$ cd ~/Downloads
welcome@HP:~/Downloads$ sudo dpkg -i linux*.deb
[sudo] password for welcome:
Selecting previously unselected package linux-headers-4.18.0-041800rc6.

Yes, however there won't be any "future necessary updates" if we don't
know what to update.
To help us figure that out please try downloading and installing all of
these:
http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v4.18-rc6/linux-headers-4.18.0-041800rc6_4.18.0-041800rc6.201807221830_all.deb
The problem should be fix by future necessary updates, The Ubuntu developer
should try to fix this issue...If it possible please necessary release
software updates,
I will not installed such kernel because I'm not a developer,And I don't
know how to install it,
Please discuss this issue with
It appears some other people have reported similar problems with the
same RTL8723 bluetooth hardware in bug 1446239 and bug 1747421. However
both of those have closed so we only have this bug now.
It's been suggested github has better drivers. I'm not sure where but
Although the latest kernel also contains the drivers:
https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/tree/drivers/net/wireless/realtek/rtlwifi
Can you please try installing a newer kernel or two from here?
