Tested on Xenial, the degraded mount is failing on it as expected.
# mount -o degraded $DEV0 $MNT
mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/loop0,
missing codepage or helper program, or other error
In some cases useful info is found in syslog - try
Xenial does not contain 4330e183c9537df20952d4a9ee142c536fb8ae54, this
should be further investigated on it.

According to the btrfs document[1], adding another disk to the existing
btrfs file system is equivalent to create a raid with Raid 1 on Meta,
Raid 0 on Data group (mkfs.btrfs -m raid1 -d raid0).
So just like bug 1809870, we should be able to mount the drive with 'rw'
in degraded mode after wipe ou
BTW, this test failed on a KVM node, 2 bare-metal nodes amaura, daedalus.
But passed on node rizzo.
Re-testing on rizzo to see if this node can pass with it again.
