Hi Kai, i have not knowledge to prove new kernels on my notebook, sorry.
In my case, was a "dirty solutions" this:On my router:1) Change security to
WPA2-AES 2) Not any mixed mode, i.e. only "N" mode3) Not auto-channel but set
to a fixed channelOn my notebook:1) options iwlwifi 11n_disable=8
Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer
to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest
v5.0 kernel [0].
If this bug is fixed in the mainline kernel, please add the following
tag 'kernel-fixed-upstream'.
