Test case
Install nvidia-410 driver, enable Nvidia DRM KMS, reboot
Log into wayland session

What should happen: Get nvidia driver rendering
What does happen: 
If using hybrid hardware then it falls back to Intel device
If using recent nvidia gpu hardware only (10xx and newer) on a laptop it falls 
back to llvmpipe which is basically useless

What happens on a Desktop machine don't know, don't have
What happens with gpu's that have nouveau support again don't know, don't have.
