OK, I have this tested again with OS installed on the NVME. It looks like something in the userspace is the cause: :: 4.15.0-20-generic-analyze :: Startup finished in 8.429s (firmware) + 3.576s (loader) + 2.412s (kernel) + 23.634s (userspace) = 38.052s graphical.target

I already install proprietary driver. I even try to use Nvidia X Server Settings switching between "Nvidia (Performance Mode)" and "Intel (Power Saving Mode)". It still take more than 60 sec. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kernel Packages, which is subscribed

Grabbed a Dell G7 7588 (GTX1060), I can see the following behaviour (without the proprietary NVIDIA driver): * 4.15.47 - Startup finished in 9.204s (firmware) + 12.063s (loader) + 18.618s (kernel) + 35.425s (userspace) = 1min 15.312s - graphical.target reached after 35.321s in userspace *
