As described above. With the last BIOS-updates Lenovo enabled proper S3
deep sleep mode for Linux. Sadly the touchscreen doesn't work after
resuming. There are a lot of others facing the same problem:

A workaround described in the Arch-wiki doesn't seem to work on Ubuntu:
