  Steps to reproduce
  ==================

  1. Go to Bluetooth Settings
  2. Pair a Bluetooth 4 mouse

  Expected Results
  ================

  Bluetooth mouse is connected and can be used smoothly.

  Actual Results
  ==============

  Bluetooth mouse is connected, but the cursor movement is very laggy,
  making it unusable.

  Failure rate: 100%

  Tested with 2 different mice:

  - Logitech M585
  - Microsoft Designer Mouse (model 1678)

  These two mice work fine with another device.
